Jackson County hereby adopts and will utilize in the urbanized area of unincorporated
Jackson Country only, the policy, criteria and information, including technical specifications
and standards, in the latest edition of the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual (GSMM)
and any relevant local addenda, for proper implementation of the requirements of this
division. The manual may be updated and expanded periodically, based on improvements
in science, engineering, monitoring and local maintenance experience. It is the county's
intent in adopting the manual to, in particular, apply stormwater better site design
practices and credits for the implementation of stormwater better site design practices.
