§ 1233. Trees that may be counted toward requirement.

(a)

All trees planted in required frontage landscape strips, side landscape strips (if provided), and any trees planted to meet the interior parking lot landscaping requirements of this article may be counted and shall be credited toward meeting the minimum tree density requirements of this division.

(b)

As much as 50 percent of existing trees within required zoning buffers may be credited and shall be credited toward meeting the minimum tree density requirements of this division.

(c)

Existing trees within required stream buffers shall not be counted and shall not be credited toward meeting the minimum tree density requirements of this division.
