The Board of Commissioners of Jackson County hereby ordains that the articles, divisions,
and sections, which collectively constitute the Jackson County Unified Development
Code (UDC), are hereby adopted. This UDC shall take effect and be in force from and
after the adoption and enactment of this UDC, the public health, safety, and welfare
demanding it.
