This UDC is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any valid easement, covenant,
or deed restriction duly recorded with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson
County, Georgia, to the extent that such easement, covenant or deed restriction is
more restrictive than the requirements imposed by this UDC.
