Any agriculture-related activity on a minimum of five acres which is used as a bona
fide farm or ranch, or a working farm which grows agricultural products, to allow
members of the general public for recreation, entertainment, or education purposes
to view and enjoy activities including farm ranching, historical, cultural or harvesting
your own types of attractions. Fees for admission or participation are allowed. Agritourism
is to be encouraged by Jackson County to allow County inhabitants access to rural
farm land. Agritourism is referenced in chapter 4 of the Jackson County Comprehensive Plan, adopted August 11, 2015.
