§ 12-1. Palmistry licensing.

(a)

A license fee for operating palmistry within the county shall be assessed at $1,000.000 per person per year.

(b)

In addition any applicant for such a license shall comply with the requirements of any regulatory fees referenced in section 12-2 and article II of this chapter relating to occupation taxes and regulatory fees.

(c)

Failure to obtain a license from the county shall be punishable as provided in section 1-12.
