§ 12-43. Enforcement.

It is hereby made the duty of the county marshal to see that the provisions of this article relating to occupation taxes are observed and to summon all violators of the same to appear before the court. It is hereby made the further duty of the county marshal to inspect all registrations issued as often as in his judgment it may seem necessary to determine whether the registration held is proper.
