§ 22-21. Distribution.

Each elected officer and department head will be responsible for distributing a copy of this article to all employees and a copy of this article shall be posted on the primary employee bulletin board in each department or agency. The department head shall be responsible for providing a copy of such ordinance to each potential employee prior to employment.
