§ 26-54. Disorderly conduct.

  • A person commits the offense of disorderly conduct when such person operates a motor vehicle upon any parking facility, public or private, vehicle access or pedestrian walkway of any parking facility by sudden starting, stopping or turning, or at a speed so as to endanger the person or property of another.
