§ 28-35. Littering.

(a)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Litter means any discarded or abandoned refuse, rubbish, junk, or other waste material or dead animals.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, deposit, throw, or leave or to cause to permit the dumping, placing, throwing, or leaving of litter on any portion of the Bear Creek Reservoir.
