§ 28-40. Operation of vehicles.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle in an area other than the authorized roadways.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle in a manner contrary to posted regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
