§ 28-47. Hunting and trapping.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or trap game on the property of the authority unless that person has been issued an emergency permit to hunt or trap game in order to control overpopulation. All federal, state, and local laws and ordinances governing hunting and trapping game shall apply to the authority's property.
