§ 28-54. Use of authority property.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut or gather any trees or parts or trees or to remove any wood from the authority's property.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to gather any dead wood on the authority's property for use as firewood.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to pump or remove any water from the Bear Creek Reservoir.

(d)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use the authority's property and/or the Bear Creek Reservoir waters for agricultural purposes unless such use is pursuant to and in compliance with the terms and conditions of a lease, license, or other written agreement signed by the authority.
