§ 28-60. Interference with county or authority employees.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede, intimidate, or interfere with any county official, agent, or employee of the authority engaged in the lawful performance of his official duties. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply with a lawful order issued by a county official or an employee of the authority who is engaged in the lawful performance of his official duties.
