§ 2-40. Schedule; special meetings; location.

(a)

The board of commissioners shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise ordered by the board of commissioners.

(b)

Special meetings may be held upon call by the chairperson or any three commissioners provided all members of the board of commissioners shall have been notified. Due notice of such meeting shall be in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1(d).

(c)

Meetings shall be held in the jury assembly room of the Jackson County Courthouse, 5000 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia, 30549.
