§ 30-2. Definitions.

Basketball hoop or hoop means any part of a backboard, hoop, net or supporting apparatus designed or intended to be used for play with a ball of any kind.

County right-of-way means the shoulder, front slope, ditch, drain, and back slope, facility or any appurtenance of any county road as defined in this section.

County road means any county-owned or maintained highway, road, street, avenue, drive, detour or other way open to the public and intended or used for the passage of motor vehicles.

Curb means a concrete improvement installed along the edge of the travel way of a road for purposes of drainage and access control.

Landscaping means the planting of any tree, bush, shrub, or ground cover, or the placement of any fence or wall.
