§ 30-5. Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to fine and/or injunctive relief or any other legal procedure authorized by law. Any fine imposed shall not exceed $500.00. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
