§ 30-62. Prohibited in certain places.

There shall be no picketing or demonstrating in front of any building in which the following are located, affecting the normal operations thereof:
(1)

A hospital, nursing home or rest home, within 200 feet of the boundary line;

(2)

A school, within 100 feet;

(3)

A residence, no longer than 45 minutes;

(4)

A state or federal highway or road unless there has been compliance with all rules, regulations, and requirements imposed by the appropriate state or federal governing authority for the use of the state or federal highway or road as a private route.
