§ 30-65. Use of sidewalks, streets and roads.

  • (a)

    When picketing or a demonstration is conducted on public sidewalks maintained by the county, only the outside five feet of the sidewalk next to the curb shall be used by the pickets or demonstrators. No picketing or demonstrating shall be conducted on the remaining portion of the sidewalks or on that portion of the streets or roads used primarily for vehicular traffic.

    (b)

    When picketing or a demonstration is conducted on paved public streets or roads maintained by the county, the pickets or demonstrators shall not stand, march, or sit within eight feet of the edge of the pavement. When picketing or a demonstration is conducted on unpaved public streets or roads maintained by the county, the pickets or demonstrators shall not stand, march, or sit within ten feet of the edge of the road.
