§ 32-138. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Bounty means reward.

    County marshal means the county marshal of the county and/or the designee of such county marshal.

    Successful criminal prosecution means:

    (1)

    The conviction;

    (2)

    The placing upon probation;

    (3)

    The placing within a pretrial intervention program; or

    (4)

    Such other similar successful court ordered punishment or remedy imposed upon a person or entity for unlawful littering or dumping within the county.

    Unlawful littering or dumping means any action or activity that violates the county's solid waste management regulations in article II of this chapter.
