§ 32-141. Authorization to promote program.

  • The county marshal is authorized and directed to promote this article and the county's bounty payment program by utilizing appropriate communication mediums in order to ensure wide dissemination of information pertaining thereto to the public and thereby increase the effectiveness and success of the bounty payment program. Promotional costs incurred pursuant to this section shall not exceed $500.00 per year and shall be paid from the county's landfill fund.
