§ 34-125. Compliance.

Such systems must fully comply with applicable federal, state and county rules, regulations and ordinances. Additionally, no persons, firms or entities shall be permitted to establish lighting of public rights-of-way in any portion of the unincorporated area of the county without first complying with the provisions of this article specific to street lighting which are set forth in section 34-132.
