§ 8-3. Incorporation.

Latest version.

The state law known as the responsible dog ownership law, O.C.G.A. § 4-8-20, et seq., is incorporated in this chapter by reference and made part of this chapter. Other provisions of law or regulations relating to this chapter shall apply when any provisions of this chapter shall conflict with the laws of the state or the United States of America. The laws of the state or the United States of America shall apply when this chapter is silent.
