§ 8-33. Liability of the county, animal control unit, officers and employees.

The county, the animal control unit and its officers and employees shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, diseases, injuries, or deaths to any animal while being impounded or boarded at a county animal control facility or at any facility designated by the owner to hold such animal.
