§ 8-105. Impoundment of animals inhumanely or cruelly treated in violation of this article.

Any animal that has not received humane care or has been subjected to cruelty in violation of this article shall be immediately impounded by county animal control when the animal control officer reasonably believes that the health or safety of the animal is in imminent danger.
