§ 8-35. Interference with animal control officer.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully obstruct or hinder any animal control officer in the lawful discharge of his official duties, or to take or attempt to take any animal from animal control facilities or any vehicle used to transport such animal.
