§ 22-20. Applicability.

This article is applicable to all county employees, employees of other agencies, and the general public. The success of this policy will depend upon the thoughtfulness, consideration and cooperation of smokers and nonsmokers. All officers and employees of the county share the responsibility for adhering to and enforcing this article.
